Placenta Encapsulation
There are many benefits to placenta encapsulation. Consuming the placenta has been shown to reduce postpartum bleeding, increase healing, increase milk supply and improve mood. Placenta Encapsulaiton is offered through Life's Blessings Doula Services. This includes preparation, capsules, and a cord keepsake. I process the placenta in the clients home.
Herbal Tea
NORA Tea is a mixture of nettles, oat straw, red raspberry leaf and alfalfa. This tea can tone and improve the function of the uterus. This tea is blended in small batches upon request.
Basic Birth Doula Package
The basic birth doula package is for those who would like a doula to attend their birth but do not have a lot of money. This is one prenatal meeting, attending the birth and one postpartum visit. I go on call for you up to two weeks before your due date and two weeks after your due date.
Midline Birth Doula Package
The midline birth doula package includes a prenatal visit with your partner and a second prenatal visit. It also includes a birth preference checklist, one post partum visit, placenta encapsulation, and being on call for two weeks prior to your estimated due date and two weeks after your estimated due date.
Premium Birth Doula Package
The premium birth doula pacage includes, placenta encapsultion, up to three prenatal visists, the birth, and three post partum visits. This inlcudes being on call for you and your partner for up to three weeks prior to your estimated due date and two weeks after your estimated due date.

Knoxville Doula
Sarah was a great asset in the delivery room! My dad and husband were a big help but she is the one who suggested WHAT they could do to help.
