Do you do homebirth, hospital or birth center?

I do them all! I strive very hard to have a positive and professional relationship with all care providers. I feel it is important that we all work as a team in order to create the best birth for you and your baby. All women should feel supported!

Do you have any special training?

Yes! I am NRP certified and CPR certfied. I also have some basic training as a midwife and am currently studying to become a licenced midwife and CPM in the state of Virginia.

Do you offer sibling support?

Again the answer is yes! I feel it is important for every member of the family to feel supported by your doula, including your children.

Are you comfortable working around pets?

Yes, however I ask that you keep all animals contained. Sometimes animals can percieve me as the cause of the change in their environment. This seems to help ease their anxiety if they feel safe too.
